Hi all,
I'm working on a HackBook for my friend, and I'm trying to patch native AppleHDA via Clover to get audio working. I booted up an Ubuntu LiveCD and I looked up the codec and the codec is "Realtek ALC3236" I'm not too sure if that can be patched via the Realtek patching methods mentioned here, or any patching method in general w/o using VoodooHDA, and if so how to do it. I'm also wondering if this codec is based off of one of the codecs mentioned in the patching guide so that I might be able to patch it myself and get it working natively, since I kinda don't want to use VoodooHDA
Any suggestions?
Cheers!
