ASUS ROG R5E USB 3.0 doesn't work under 10.12

Hi guys,

I am currently working on installing 10.12 on my desktop with i7-5930k, ASUS ROG R5E and EVGA GTX TITAN X. I am following https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...-asus-rampage-v-extreme-x99-haswell-e.188171/ by hans88. For now everything goes well, I finished all of them except USB part.

I unlocked all ports and do the injection already, after my first restart, all USB ports worked. However, after second restart, there is only one USB 2.0 port back of the case working. Then I restart several times, no help. So guys, what should I do next?

Same here, though it's a different MB.

Have tried re-installing the increase port limit patch in multibeast, but it made no difference.

USB 2 works fine. No USB 3 ports show up in system report, the attached image shows USB 3. But the ports it is using are infact USB 2!
