Asus Rampage V extreme / i7 6850k / GTX 1070 -- stuck at installation

Hi,

I am trying to install mac OS Sierra or El Capitan on this computer:
Asus Rampage V extreme
Intel i7 6850k
EVGA GTX1070 Founders Edt.

I tried both installation guides:

But the boot process of the USB stick hangs, right as the apple logo appears.
I have no clue how to get it working.
Does anyone have an idea?

Thanks for your reply, BreBro! Here is a picture, and I have also attached the config.plist.


Without the "Kernel CPU" and "Kernel LAPIC" enabled, it stops at the many +++++++++++ in the very beginning.
