ASUS Rampage IV Extreme DSDT requested

I am working on building a Hackintosh with the following components, which I haven't purchased yet but will be as soon as I'm sure they could work. Did you ever figure out the DSDT for the Asus Rampage IV Extreme Motherboard? I'd like to use this motherboard as well.

Asus Rampage IV Extreme Motherboard
Intel i7 3930K processor
nVidia Quadro 5000 GPU
Corsair Vengeance 1866 Ram
