Hi everyone; this my 15th (more or less) hacky build and never seen something like this: It's impossible to boot from the USB pen to make the installation of the macOS. I've tried HS and Mojave, 8 different pen drives, each and every USB port. Every configuration I could imagine. With an without graphic card. SSD, M.2, and HD. Nothing results...
After 2 months battleing with a MB Asus Prime Z390-P I've resolver to cry out for help.
So... HELPPPP! plz

How do you expect anyone to diagnose that ?

At the very least you should boot in verbose mode and post a picture of the screen when it stops.

Please try booting in verbose mode, take a picture of where it stalls, and post it here.

If you use UEFI version 2203 or later the system will hang during the boot of macOS at apfs_module_start:1393. @mattystonnie has created a patch that fixes this.

Same mobo and I got past the same point by doing and/or applying:
- installing High Sierra 10.13.6
- use the ACPI patch by @mattystonnie
- use latest Clover (v2.5k_r5070)
- use Lilu 1.3.7. and Whatevergreen 1.3.0 in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other
- use USBinjectAll in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other
- use USB Port Limit Patch using MultiBeast
- use EmuVariableUefi.efi in EFI/CLOVER/drivers/UEFI
- use OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi in EFI/CLOVER/drivers/UEFI (instead of other Aptio mem fix)

Good luck!

Hi, Inzicht. Thanks for your replay, my problem is that with High Sierra has the same behaviour. It stops in the same point. I'll try to recover the bakcup of my old build in another computer and start working from this point with you advise. kkep you up

v2417 (latest)
Did you try to use USB port 8? All the other ones didn't seem to work for the usb installer.
