Yes you should be able to run OS X on that MB and CPU combination. Note that the CPU only has HD 2000 graphics which is not supported in OS X. Meaning you should add a compatible GPU card.

Yes it is what it is. You need a supported GPU or change the CPU for one with Intel Graphics HD 3000.

If you SEARCH on HD 2000 you will see many have tried and many have been disappointed.

You could find yourself a i3 2125 which has Intel HD3000, Core i5 2500k, Core i7 2600k and 2700k which has Intel HD 3000.

Im using clover bootloader, and unibeast el capitan installer, and apple sign appears and then system reboots. safe mode
Error allocating 0x4705 pages at 0x0000000000c67000 alloc type 2
Error loading kernel cache (0xe)
Boot failed, sleeping for 10 seconds before exiting

Got past that and now the apple logo loads and then the no entry sign appears. in verbose mode, i get bluetooth controller and then still waiting on root device
