Have you tried, in Windows, to delete the copied folder, get again in Yosemite and execute the same operation at list 2 other times?

Because the problem appears when you do that and execute again the operation

Here it is.

1. Deleted the copied folder from Windows 8.1



2. Copied the same folder and one more folder to the partition from OS X.




3. Booted into Windows and checked the size and files.





I am not facing any issues here.

I don't think that your problem is related with config.plist.
Have you put the NTFS.efi in the drivers64UEFI or drivers64 folder of the CLOVER??

To have full working audio in Yosemite, simply put these 2 kexts into Clover/Kexts/10.10 folder

I've tried everything without solving the problem...probably in my case Yosemite doesn't mount properly Windows 8.1 partition;

What problem?

OS X provides only read access to NTFS volumes.
