ASUS Maximus v Formula

I have recently decided I am going to bite the bullet and build my first computer/ hackintosh. And I have chosen the ASUS Maximus v Formula motherboard. It's an awesome board but I'm pretty scared by all the work having to go into it. I'm very willing to do the work but its just I lack the know how to do it. I'm wondering will this board work and how will it need much fix
ing. I have searched the forums and not found much on this board so that also makes me worried. I will be purchasing all of my parts in 3-4 months so if anyone can link me to some reading materials as well so I can prepare for my upcoming build that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. I'm actually planning on building a ML W7 computer. I am going with the Formula as well. I have found
that some people report having problems. But there were always solutions. I don't think you'd have much to worry about.

There are a few issues though: audio, power management (sleep), LAN. I think that's all I've found.
