ASUS HD 5670 full acceleration problem

I have a problem with my graphics card under ML 10.8.2

DVD and geekbench and Steam games (Dota 2 and Counter Strike) just wont start or crashes.

I tried GE=Yes , ATIConfig = Zonalis .. and all other names under 5xxxx but still no avail.
I do have full resolution on DVI but not on HDMI.

anyone has some idea? If I were to buy a new graphics card, what would be the best and will work out of the box.

My asus has this problem too, i offer my friends to solve this problem but they can't sovle

Single Display - tested in DVI only
