ASUS H170 PRO, i7-6700K, GTX1060, 2x8GB DDR4 enough for 4K editing?

Looks like a great combo of CPU and motherboard. Now find the best graphics card you can afford for the software editing program you will be using. In general, FCP X works best with AMD and Premiere Pro with the Nvidia cards. What are the choices you have for these ?

Unfortunately, GTX970 very old in my country and can not found any. Please recommend GPU other. Thanks
