ASUS GT240 vs PALIT GTS450...dual monitors?

I have to decide between these two graphic cards

SVGA ASUS NVIDIA PCI-E ENGT240 DI 1GB DDR3 128bit DVI HDMI HDCP
or
SVGA PALIT NVIDIA PCI-E GTS450 1GB GDDR5 128bit HDMI DVI 3D Vision Ready

I need Dual monitors fully working and QE/CI so which one do I have to choose?

The 240, if you don't need audio over HDMI, then look into the ATI 5770 if you want something with a little more kick to it.

I have read that the 9800GT is better than the GT240 and more compatible, will the 9800GT do the dual-display job?
