A RX 570 should work with MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 / High Sierra / Mojave / Catalina.

you are gonna need lilu.kext and whatevergreen.kext

I had an Asus Strix RX 570 4GB and worked literally OOB, it had 1 DP, 1 HDMI, 2 DVI ports, the DVI ports didn't work.

they are extra kexts which you need to copy to your EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other folder or use clover configurator to download and install them, though imho it is better to download the latest versions manually
