Asus engtx460 on MacPro3,1

I hope this is not really off-topic.

I have MacPro3,1 and Ausus engtx460 video card (for games in windows, heh) and I want to make it operational in MacOS X because I am tired of replugging cables. What should I do? I have tried to search for docs, but still no luck and I don't understand should I do something to my boot loader, etc.

Video cards that do not have a Mac-specific BIOS will not work in actual Mac Pros.

Any chance to fix it's BIOS somehow? Any way to use it as second device (i.e. it works after mac boots and load drivers)? Any chance that 10.7 will finish this hell (I heard rumors about it)?

One more question about hardware: Win7 does see it after the boot, why OS X cannot use driver?
As far as I can get, EFI is needed for boot only.
