ASRock Z270 G-ITX and USB 3 problems.

Hello, maybe someone can help me.
I have the ASRock Z270 G-ITX and it works. all but Bluetooth (but I read that it is not supported, easier to buy USB Bluetooth) and WLAN don't work. Thunderbolt works like a charm.
but my biggest problem is USB 3
only 1 of the 6 back USB works as USB 3. the others don't recognise anything.
I plug in a USB 3 harddrive i can't see it. Only if on that one USB 3 port that works I plug in a USB 3 Hub I can connect multiple HDD and USB 3 Sticks. otherwise only 1 works.
can anybody help?
