Hello,

I have ASRock H77 Pro4-m, patched BIOS 1.40 from biosrepo.wordpress.com

Looking for a DSDT For this BIOS version.. Thank you!

If sleep and HDMI Audio are not that important for you then run the build without a DSDT file.

That motherboard can work better without a DSDT. Make sure you install correct kexts.

Thanks for reply

I currently have DSDT applied, although not sure if its for my current BIOS revision. Not using HDMI, since have dedicated video card.

Sleep works only when clicking 'sleep', otherwise if OSX tries to sleep on its own, monitor goes black and system logs off, however computer does not go into a suspended state. Is this because issue with DSDT?

Before I upgraded Motherboard and CPU, had OSX 10.8.2 installed as well - steam games still crashed upon launch. Previous motherboard was socket 1156 - no DSDT installed'' when they crashed

OSX 10.7 i had DSDT installed (MSI motherboard) and everything worked flawlessly....

If you are able to use the DSDT without any issues that means the DSDT is extracted on same BIOS version you are currently on.

If the manual sleep works and auto sleep dosen't then you can try 2 things.

1, Change the Darkwake=0 to Darkwake=10 in org.chameleon.Boot.plist under Extra folder and see if that makes any difference.

Refer to this thread for more info > http://www.tonymacx86.com/general-h...e-0-flag-can-break-auto-sleep-10-8-1-a-5.html

2, Download the app in this link > http://www.dragonone.com/products/macosx/pleasesleep/
Small app runs in the background forces your build to go sleep as per Energy saver settings.

Check if your computer auto sleeps after 10mins of idle time. I have seen few cases where Auto sleep was working only after 10mins of idle time.

MiniITX, Thank you for your great input! I will try these settings later this evening.

Any ideas as to why Steam games would crash instanty? When they use to work under 10.7, although was with different CPU and motherboard then, but same Video card.

smbios = MacPro 3,1
