Asrock H-67 m-itx build

Hello all,
I have some parts assembled and thought it would be nice to run mountain lion. I have found 1 thread (http://www.tonymacx86.com/desktop-compatibility/68045-can-ml-support-4x-sticks-ram.html) that gives me hope my mobo is compatible please let me know as this will be my first Hackentosh build. I don't have the money to purchase a Gigabyte board. If my parts are compatible, would someone please let me know exactly what I would need to acomplish my goal. I read some things about chimera, boot-132,Unibeast efi,dsdt, etc and I am pretty sure I only need some of those things. Also, I was wondering if it is possible to dual boot with a flavor of linux.

Thank you!!!! I almost feel ashamed for not finding this myself but I guess my search skills aren't as good as they could be. Thank you for the link. Now I will be able to to learn something new and a non profit will benefit as well.
