You should read up the installation guide provided by Colonel-Panic which can be found on page 14 of that threat. I followed his guide to the T and got everything worked (except for sleep and other minor features) on the first try. FYI, you can also use BCM2045A0 wifi card if you don't have the one recommended by the author.
