GTX 650 Ti Boost was stated to work out of box, but that is not the case. I've tried GE=No, Cuda and Web Drivers installed via HD 4000, reinstall the card, but no luck... stuck at the Apple logo. What is going on with this? It's annoying, but so simple to others from what I have read, and tried their remedies , so please share, and help me get out of this hell!!

Have you set the graphics priority on your motherboard BIOS and disabled the onboard if you are not using it.

Have you set the graphics priority on your motherboard BIOS and disabled the onboard if you are not using it.

Yeah, I've set it to PCI and PCI Express with the same result. There is no way to fully disable HD4000 in my bios, from what I can tell.
