I've fixed almost all issues you told me. there are still two questions:

1. I am not sure the CPU pm works now.
2. Fn+F12 doesn't work as it should be in Mavericks( I update Voodoo to the latest version).

Not. X86PlatformPlugin is not loaded. You probably do not have a custom SSDT for your CPU installed.

2. Fn+F12 doesn't work as it should be in Mavericks( I update Voodoo to the latest version).

What is Fn+F12 supposed to do?

Download patchmatic: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-MaciASL-patchmatic. Install it to /usr/bin.

In terminal,

cd ~/Downloads/RehabMan
patchmatic -extract

Post contents of Downloads/RehabMan directory (as ZIP).

Also, post ioreg: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app.

Confused. What does a key (sequence) on your keyboard have to do with the touchpad?

Problem is in generated SSDT from ssdtPRgen.sh. All "\_SB" should be "\_PR"

Are you talking about Fn+F12 or F12?

in Mavericks, Fn + F11 & Fn + F12 all works. in yosemite, only Fn + 11. of course, it minor issue. i don't known why in details. just user report.

You should debug it if you think there is a problem. Use debug version of VoodooPS2Controller.kext so you can see keystrokes logged to system.log. But maybe it is just something you have different in SysPrefs->Keyboard->Keyboard shortcuts.
