My next build will be Mini-ITX based and I have been looking at cases, when this one appeared in my Google searches.

It has a very nice build quality and I really like the layout of the case, will support a Titan inside it too!

I am a little worried about the motherboard and OSX, does anyone have any insight into AS Rock boards and if this would be a viable contender?

ASRock boards do sometimes work. The Z87E-ITX is one such motherboard - not sure that this is the board that is being used in this instance. I suggest that you do more research.

Have a read through this thread and see if you can find out which board is used in the newegg link.

All the website list for the motherboard is: ASRock Z87-M8

It has some special features to adjust clock speed from the dial on the front of the case.

Hopefully that doesn't require windows.

I would be planning to build dual booting with it, Windows would be only for gaming.

It is designed to work with Windows - don't be surprised if adjusting clock speed does not work within OS X. Once set you shouldn't need to adjust. OS X often works more stable than Windows with an over clock.
For dual booting see Going Bald's guide:

Check the audio and ethernet for that board is compatible with OS X, otherwise you will need to add a compatible PCIE ethernet card and consider a simple USB audio solution for audio. You can do a site search for both.
