AppStore Login Issues and Fix!!! Sierra 10.12.4

1. Go to HDD MAC

2. Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration

3. Delete all in folder SystemConfiguration

4. Go to System Preferences > Network

5. Delete all card network ( in list )

6. Reboot > sign in app store

It's not only solved my issue to access the App Store, but in addition now again, I can activate Siri; like it was before the update to Sierra 10.12.4. Otherwise the system was writing permanently on system disk.
