AppStore is not working or working very slow

AppStore is very slow. When i open it it cannot even load any tab. But sometimes "Updates" works, but UI is broken (look screenshot). Internet is 100mbps. Everything that use internet works well.

Check the "Fix iMessage" guide in Guides > Fix iMessage.

Currently though, iMessage is broken and there's no solution as of yet, so you can't really get iMessage working, but the guide should be able to get iCloud / App Store working as well.
