This driver is for Gigabyte X299 Aorus Gaming 9 ALC1220, for stero 2.0 only, and it's working with lilu, This driver is compiled with Applealc 1.2.5 and lilu 1.2.3, please put both of these two kexts in clover/kexts/other.

And in clover-ACPI-DSDT-Patches, please be sure this patch added.

step 1
Code:
comment:CAVS -> HDEF
find: 43415653
replace: 48444546

step 2
in Clover-Devices, please fill the Audio layout with:18

This config data is based on the config data of toleda which layout id1. Thanks.

The HP and speaker can switch automatic, and the front and rear mic can switch and work fine.

I also enclosed CodecCommander.kext for ALC1220, which make sure the audio still working after sleep.

update:

attached Resources folder of AppleALC, this is for 1220 sound card only, when AppleAlc updated, use this attached Resources folder to replace the original Resources folder of AppleALC, and put a latest Lilu.kext in the root folder of AppleALC, then you can compile the latest workable AppleALC by yourself.

The resources folder included these files and sub folders.

End up removing it. My system is more stable with an external Firewire Audio interface.

Were you able to keep your audio running after update 10.13.5? I started to use to digital out on 10.13.4 but cannot make it work again after 10.13.5. Any suggestion?

Sure. What's your questions?

Thanks, I'm planning to build as follows:

GA AORUS Gaming 7 X299
Intel Core i7 7820x or i9 7900x
RX VEGA 64 (maybe Liquid) form a vendor (XFX or Sapphire etc.) that has 3 x DP (I plan to go 3x 4K@60Hz monitors)
32GB RAM Crucial 2666
Samsung 970 EVO 500GB
750W PSU
BROADCOM WiFi + BT

Speaking from your experience, do you think I'll have some kind of issues? (sleep / wake - audio - USB ports - all the other usual stuffs that are difficult to make them work in any hackintosh build.

Feel free to answer with any useful info you'll consider useful, ad I said... it's my first build and I'm a total newbie!

Thanks, a lot!

Everything works fine on my system ( I also have BROADCOM WiFi + BT ). However, realised yesterday that I lost audio since I upgraded to 10.13.5 Still trying to resolve the issue ). I removed the Wifi/ Bt card from the mobo to avoid any potential conflict ( really easy ). Bradcom wifi and BT worked oob. I use 3 Monitors ( 2 DP & 1 DVi ) with AMD Saphirre RX5808GB. FCP works fine w 10.3.4 ) I hit over 100fps over all monitors. No pb whatsoever. Very stable. ( sleep/wake as well ).All USB ports are ok. Love the Nvme Speed.

PS : I'm using an external firewire audio interface which works fine. Audio with DP & Bluetooth works w/o issue.
