Apple USB Superdrive not supported

Hi,

I just got a Apple Superdrive for my hackintosh, not realising it is not "officially" supported... I tried the

<string>mbasd=1</string>

In both the com.apple.Boot.plist and the org.chameleon.Boot.plist , but non of them seem to work... I still get the error every time i connect the drive. Does it matter where in the .plist i paste it? as long as its within the <dict> </dict> ?

Thanks for replying! I've already tried to edit the boot.plist , as suggested in that thread and I'm still getting the same error!

Running 10.10.4 btw

So did you try to add it to your NVRAM as the post on the second page of the threat suggested?

Tried it now, both with and with out the modified plist, still gets the same error!
