It mentions updating BIOS, do you have latest version? HPET needs to be enabled!

The ATI 5750 should work, it is mentioned in the hardware wiki....

Why did you pick busratio=20?

Which Quad processor you have? If the Q9400 20 should work, if the other one you need a higher busratio.

Confirm you are using a retail Snow Leopard disk with the picture of a Snow Leopard on it, not a grey disk that came with a Mac.

What make/model of DVD drive? Some are not compatible.

Have you tried using iBoot Legacy....might be more compatible with your LGA775 mobo.
