Er… You're in @craighazan 's territory. Quite some time ago, Steve Jobs produced a computer which could host multiple mainboards (with integrated B&W display) and/or various extension boards, including an Intel-powered (non-x86!) colour display board. The first ever web server ran on one of these. It was not a Mac. But it was a Cube.

Keeping expectations in check: The event is supposed to be about M3 MacBooks, and possibly a 24" iMac. So flatness rather that cubic shape. Maybe we'll get a HyperCube Mac with the M4?

New 27" 5K MiniLED iMac with M3, 1TB NVMe and 32GB of RAM standard. All for $1899. Not too much to ask. RAM and storage prices have gotten down to historical lows, so why not ?
