apfs_module_start:1340 Mojave

I have MSI Z390 A PRO
Intel 8400 core i5
Using Default gpu hd 630

Using usb 3.0

Config lock disabled etc...

apfs_module_start:1340 after entering into installation I have already tried bios downgrade or upgrade but nothing works. Can some one post EFI folder so I will paste as it is. Tried different EFI folders from this forums but same error.

I have also disconnected my SSD Samsung Evo 860 but still same error.

I will be really thankful if some one guide me how can I fix this issue.
