Hi guys,
I'm really stressed with my build right now. I updated my graphics card because I wanted to update my system to Mojave.
So I created a stick to install and there is no problem while installing at all.
After I successfully installed Mojave onto my SSD, I got two boot options:
„Boot macOS Install Prebooter from Preboot“ and "Boot macOS Install from Macintosh SSD“.
It doesn't matter which one I choose, I nearly always stuck at the booting process at the line apfs module start 1334.
Then, after a couple of seconds I'm getting a prohibition sign with "still waiting for root device".
The thing is, after several times of trying it passes the line and booted successfully.
I reached the desktop and everything went fine so far.
After rebooting, I'm getting the same error even though I booted the exact same way.
I just couldn't figure it out, why it works that one time.
The one time it worked, I deleted the rootless=0 parameter from my config.plist.
But as I wrote, after rebooting, the same error again.
What I tried:
different USB-Ports,
different USB-Sticks,
different Clover UEFI-Drivers(used all osxAptio, but only one of them at the same time, of course)
different SATA-Ports for my SSD,
formatted my SSD with HFS+, instead if APFS,
trimmed my kext folder to only the ones, I need. These are:
FakeSMC.kext
AppleALC.kext
USBInjectAll.kext
LiLu.kext
Whatevergreen.kext
I also attach my config.plist, I'm using.
How can it be, that I could booted successfully that one time?
My System:
ASRock ZH77Pro3 Mainboard
Intel i5 3570K
Arez Radeon 580
12GB RAM
Hopefully you guys have an idea.
Thankfully in advance
