Anyway to get OS X to boot without Intel MEI?

Hello there, is there anyway to boot OS X without Intel Management Engine Interface? I have had a bad BIOS flash and the Intel MEI isn't there anymore! And I cannot boot OS X...
Any ideas?

Why would they need to?
Genuine Macs have IMEI.
