Does it work for hardware similar of the macmini?
I'm mostly interested is it working due to T2 chip that macmini has.

It has been tested by someone else on a different platform and it seems to work fine.
The latest Clover version now includes MacMini 8,1 SMBIOS.

I been testing for a couple of days. My i5 8400 doesn't go below 1.3Ghz.
With iMac 18.3 SMBIOS it goes down to 0.8Ghz.

Promising then. Time to switch. Thank you for reports!

PS. The second screenshot seems to be from a real Mac Mini, I remember very similar screenshot in the topic where first people were testing it, plus you can actually see the serial number on the bottom of the info window and it does resolve to a real sold Mac Mini on apple site.

You will need Clover Configurator App from Mackie software site. There are up/down arrows on the right side about midway down in the Symbios section. Use the arrows to find the definition then hit the generate tab for SMUUID and Serial numbers to generate unique settings.

I am using clover configurator global edition 5.3.0.0 (it seems to me the newest version) from Mackie software site. The newest is mac mini is available is 7.1 from that drop down menu....

Solved. I found it in 5.3.2.0. Thanks, anyway.
