So my girlfriends laptop was on the floor for some reason and I fell back and accidentally stepped on the headphone jack that was plugged into it. Don't ask me why it was on the floor, I have no idea.
Long story short, I need to find a replacement audio jack (headphone/microphone combo jack) to replace the broken one in her laptop.
I have searched and searched the interwebs for the stupid thing but cannot find it.
So far, the only thing I have found is a replacement motherboard for $180. I would rather make her use her speakers than spend $180 on a new motherboard when I could easily solder a new audio port on the motherboard.
Does anyone have a clue as to where I could get one/what model it is so I could get better results searching.
