I have this other thread going:

and I'm wondering if anyone could let me know if they are dual booting Monterey and Windows like me and if their Windows drive mounts in macOS.

My two system drives are both 2.5" Samsung SSDs and connected via SATA internally.

My other internal SATA drives, formatted either HFS+ or APFS, mount on startup with no issues.

I Dual Boot Catalina & Windows10; Big Sur & Windows10 and Monterey & Windows 10.

In each setup the Windows 10 drive mounts on my desktop.

I use Paragon's NTFS for Mac on all my Mac systems, this probably makes a big difference to how the Windows drive behaves in macOS.

Dual booting Monterey and Windows 11. The Windows drive shows up on the desktop and can be looked through.

It's fixed.

A new user account had same Issue so problem must lie in /Library folder. Had a clean install of Monterey on an external SSD and no issue. Did a diff command in terminal and narrowed it down to the /Library/Filesystems folder…had five things in there…probably from old install of something. Trashed them and presto.
