I've got a couple USB Bluetooth dongles (Rocketfish, Kensington) that work perfectly in 10.7.4. Upon reboot the system recognizes my magic mouse instantly, and I'm ready to go.

In 10.8 upon reboot the system takes 30-60 seconds to recognize ANY bluetooth device. My Bluetooth icon in the menu bar just says "No Bluetooth available" Eventually, ML gets its act together and I'm able to use my magic mouse ... but those 60 seconds can sure be frustrating.

Is this happening to anyone else?

I had the opposite happen...under 10.7, I had to unplug my Targus BT dongle and plug it back in after sleep in order to get the BT keyboard and trackpad to be recognized. In 10.8 everything is working as it should.

I wonder if it's an issue with my motherboard's USB ... hmm ...

ditto also slow recognition bluetooth devices

Same problem mouse, trackpad and keyboard take almost a minute to connect in ML instantaneous in Lion.
