any off the shelf mini pc that can be loaded with 10.13 onwards?

Are there any mini pc, that i can just go out & buy then load with mac os.....
Yep i could go out and build from scratch...,
but the thought of even putting my hands inside a case that others use for windows 10 is enough to make me vomit.

minimum of 32gb ram...

its ok....... I finally went asus Z690m after seeing a few posts that it was ok.
and finding the stockist in the local area had virtually nothing.....
