Alright I finally have everything working on my Hackingtosh.
The problem I'm facing is all of my fans turn down when I boot Mountain Lion its causing a lot of over heating issues. I would like to know how I can turn my fans up.Both on my Gpu, Cpu and chip set controller.
For the record I can't adjust fan settings in my Bios. Go Dell :(

Specs
Dell T7500

Graphics: Quadro FX 1800

Ram:12 gb

Cpu:Xeon e6420

You can buy a fan controler and do it through hardware instead of software. I have a Scythe Controler I really like. it looks good mounted in the 5.25 bay too. (at least i think so)

Im kinda a noob still as far as hackintosh and apple stuff in genral, im sure there is something out there.

Yea i will go with the fan controller idea. Even if you're not able to connect it to your graphics card (if there is a will there is a way) just being able to turn up the case fans manually to get more case air flow will do wonders for the graphics card itself.
