Any clue how to fix this? Mavericks crashes here (img included)

I imagine this could be HPETs but I can't find that in the BIOS. Seems like I've had that on and off at some point, though and didn't matter.

The motherboard is a MSI Z77A-G45 (might be a G44 can't remember) with a 7870 video card.

Picture below shows where the install is crashing. I have 10.8.5 running just fine. Just can't get the intall of mavericks to continue.

Yes, Clover. That's the only bootloader I can get to work with the 7870
 
Well, I turned on HPET (and everything under the sun) again, and I let it sit. I eventually got to the apple picture and a spinning beach ball, so nothing after that. So I guess I have a new problem.

Picture show that u have problem with CPU powermanagment (AppleIntelCpuPowermanagment.kext).
Share your config.plist and we will firure out what your problem.
 
If you list out all your computer hardware specs it would help a lot.
