(ANSWERED) Help, stuck at apple loading screen after clover boot screen

This is my first hackintosh, i got to the clover boot page after using Unibeast and clicked the macOS High Sierra external drive, but now its just stuck between that page and the installer. I see the apple logo and a loading bar that isnt loading. Is it really stuck or maybe it just takes a while? What do i do?

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z270M-D3H
CPU: Intel Core i7-7700
GPU: GTX 1080
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO

Did you configure your bios settings as prescribed? Is secure boot disabled?

I followed this the AMI mobo instructions from the main guide's specific side page here https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/recommended-bios-uefi-settings-for-beginners.130920/

So to be clear all i have done to BIOS is
-Set to Optimized Defaults
-Disable VT-d

I actually just realized the settings I missed, but my issue is I can't find any of these settings in BIOS.
Secure boot doesn't even show up where it should be in the BIOS.
