Howdy! 2nd post here, and I'm loving this!

First ever computer build, will be building it for video editing with the Adobe Suite.
I need a little advice on a few parts tho.

CPU: I decided to go with the 3930k 6 core.

I will take the fan out and put it in the front of the case. My case comes with 1 front fan, and can have 2. I will put this on the cooler: http://www.amazon.com/Setting-Anti-Stall-Bearing-NF-S12A-FLX/dp/B00BEZKX8Y/ref=sr_1_6?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1401141948&sr=1-6&keywords=120mm+noctua

I will upgrade this too 32 gigs, then 64 as I advance.

I think that just about cover it.

So the motherboards. ASUS or the Gigabyte? They are about the same price, and since Gigabyte is easier to put Mavericks on...
Will the speeds be the same tho?

I really wish I could find a motherboard like this: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B008LTB3QW/ref=wl_it_dp_v_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=247SZKO9DYV3X&coliid=I19HW2KZ9WXJST
It has VGA, DVI, HDMI, and 2 Thunderbolt! Any like this for the LGA 2011?

Also, is cooling going to be good in this case. I plan on having the H80i mounted in the back pushing hot air from the CPU directly out, then having the 2 front fans pushing in the case. Anything I should do to add more cooling if thats not enough?

Is my GPU good? Any recommendations on other ones? Should I get the 4 gig version?

Anything I can do to make this machine faster or better without adding too much to the cost?
Or what can I do to take away cost and still have close to the same performance?
Any good places to get parts cheaper?

Can somebody link me to a build that uses my exact GPU, CPU, and Motherboard?

Thanks guys!:D

Hey. Build is looking good!

Just a quick note to say that the R4 comes with 2 140mm fans which can go in the front. I would bin the corsair fan that comes with the H80!

You have 3 configurations for the H80, Push, Pull and Push/Pull. For a small 120mm radiator, i think push/pull is best. The 120 Noctua fan you have linked is good as a case fan, but not great for pushing air through the thin gaps between the fins of the H80 radiator. I would suggest having the fan you've linked in pull (between the case and the radiator) and the Noctua fan linked below in Push (other side of the radiator closest to the front).

Alternatively you can have two of those fans I've linked above on both sides of the radiator. Wont make much noticeable different which you have in pull. Just make sure you have the Static Pressure optimised fan in push.

My reasoning comes from this vid from Linus, Explains it nicely :)

Just added the fan you linked to my cart.
Again, thanks a trillion this time. Without you guys my computer would catch fire.

So, just to confirm, the fan I linked will be between the case and radiator, and push air out. Then the fan you linked will push air into the radiator. And I will have the dual fans up front, and then blow up the corsair's fan.

So, now I have cooling down. The only thing left is the motherboard....
I'm leaning towards the Gigabyte one. I wish I could find a Gigabyte LGA 2011 board that has HDMI, DVI, and VGA on it. I can't find any tho....

Anybody got a preference on the motherboard? And should I upgrade the video card so that is has 4 gigs of VRAM?

Now on to finding my parts the cheapest...
