Another "Will This System Run OS X" thread

So, I am just wondering if this system that I am getting will run Mac OS X Mountain Lion/Lion at all? I do have a Lion Disk, but if needed can use something else.

MoBo: MSI Z77A-G45 LGA 1155
CPU: Intel Core i3-3220 Ivy Bridge
GPU: ASUS ATI Radeon HD 5770

Mountain Lion should work. If you have Lion 10.7.5, I believe that can also work.
