Your motherboard has VIA VT1705 onboard audio, which is not supported. The good thing is that as long as you have the original AppleHDA.kext installed from 10.9, then as long as the DSDT edits are correct and your graphics card codec id is present in the kext (it is), then you will have HDMI audio support without needing to enable the onboard audio. When you installed the ALC889 kext from MultiBeast, you actually just installed the original 10.9 AppleHDA.kext patched by toleda to work with onboard Realtek ALC889 codec. Therefore, you get working HDMI audio and no onboard audio. You would have the exact same success if you had the original unpatched AppleHDA.kext from 10.9 installed.
