I don't see anything strange in your EFI. I don't know why are you getting these low scores.
There are 2 ways to spoof the GPU id, SSDT and DeviceProperties. You are using deviceProperties now. Maybe you can try the other way, SSDT to spoof the device-id of the GPU, to see it so you get better scores.
You must look for ssdt gpu spoof and see how it's made.

RX 6650 XT has no native support. You need to spoof a RX 6600, with DeviceProperties or a SSDT. Using DeviceProperties generally requires a (simpler) SSDT to ensure that there's a fully formed ACPI path to the GPU.
This post collates instructions to obtain the PCI and ACPI paths and make the custom bridging SSDT (SSDT-BRG0)—possibly further with the spoofing code.

Or just get a natively supported RX 6600 (XT).
