But my energy saver screen has changed now (no screensaving or sleep slider, just shutdown screen)

You have 2 plugin type selected, only pick the one from right, remove the one that says 1.

How is the power consumption of the gpu?

energy saver screen (attached) Should i untick smart UPS, Automerge?

Try the attached config file and delete the SSDT-RX580- Version 1.0.aml from ACPI/patched folder

Same with only Orinoco FB...85W idle too.:cry:
Post your IOREG you get with that config.

BTW, do you have Intel Power gadget or Ioregistryexplorer Apps running when you measure the RX580 power ?
They draw a fair amount of power from the GPU

Nope, no Intel Power Gadget or Ioregistryexplorer running, i check with HWmonitorSMC2 and Istat menu.

What is the brand of your gpu? Are you using custom vbios ?
