Mine says N/A but looking at the process while converting it is using the Radeon card.

Because you have a KF processor (no iGPU) the problem might be because VideoProc thinks there's an iGPU in the system. Try this:
  • Post screenshot of front page of Hackintool, but block any private info (serial numbers).
  • Also open your config.plistin Clover Configurator and post screenshot of these two pages:
    • Devices --> Properties
    • Graphics

Additional comments/questions:
  • Regarding the screenshots in Posts 1031 and 1035, was the system booted at that time with Clover or OpenCore?
  • Are you using a current version of BIOS on your Asus Strix 390-F that supports KF processors?
    • Because CPU does not iGPU, BIOS should not have an option to enable Internal Graphics, but check to make sure.
  • Do you have shikigva=128 in Boot Arguments (and you're using WhateverGreen)?
  • Does System Information --> Graphics/Displays show the Vega 64 properly?

If I enable the iGPU in my bios then VideoProc shows in Intel Iris Pro instead of N/A. If I disable iGPU then VideoProc shows N/A but still detects hardware for encoding/decoding/processing. I looked on my 16" MBP and it does indeed show the Radeon card instead of N/A. I wonder if the N/A is there because it doesn't recognize the device ID of the card.
