This GPU recently came out and its basically a 280X which many including myself are using in our hackintoshes, but with 4GB of RAM and updated features (for windows) like Mantle and Freesync support.

Has anyone used this card?

Not true, R9 280X is Tahiti
R9 380X is Tonga; no rebadge, (fully enabled Tonga)
AMD9000Controller.kext supports 380, device id patches likely required.

Wow. I read on multiple sites that it's just a rebadge with more ram. Well let this thread be here for those that might think a similar thing.

Now I reinstall the 10.10.5 and fix the framebuffer the gpu card is all right.
System information show the car name is m295x 4096mb.
If don't fix framebuffer it's show r9xxx.

The 380x has IDs 0x69381002 which is already present in AMD9000Controller.kext so it should work, at least there is no need for FakeID in Clover. There is no reason to get it if you already have a 280x since they seem to be similar in performance. You would probably end up having issues in 10.11 like other people have with 380.
