Just installed Yosemite using unibeast & multibeast. However, no matter what, it only boots into safe mode. Chimera is the boot loader and I have tried a quite a few of the boot flags without success.
Vt-d is disabled. I will list my boot settings below.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Try removing all of the following from your list:

Drivers > Misc > NullCPUPowerManagement
Drivers > Misc > VoodooTSCSync > VoodooTSCSync 4 Core
Drivers > System > AppleRTC Patch for CMOS ResetBootloaders > Chimera v4.1.0
Customize > Boot Options > PCI Root ID Fix
Customize > SSDT Options > Sandy Bridge Core i7

How to remove them depends on the item. Click on each in MultiBeast and read the comment near the bottom to see what each does. Or you could start from scratch.

And are you sure you want:
Customize > Boot Options > 1080p Display Mode
You may not need it.

From your description of the problem , it is due to a kext issue.
Assuming you have selected your IGFX as Initial Display device and left Internal Graphics Memory Size at 64MB [Default setting] in the BIOS settings
two things might help us to figure out what the next step should be.

Please post your:

You are correct in your assumption. Thank you for your help!

How do you remove them?

How would I start from scratch (which is a really tempting option)?

Thank you!

Try to boot with just -v GraphicsEnabler=No IGPEnabler=Yes and see if it can boot all the way or gets stuck. If it gets stuck, upload an image.

If it succeeds you may have to edit your /Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist with the above flags with or without -v [If you want GUI boot image of Apple on boot screen, don't add -v ]

I did it. Same result. Starts in Safe Mode.

Did you mean that without Safe Boot (-x) , by just using only -v and other Graphics related flags, the booting got stuck? You could not take a screen image and you had to use -X in addition to the other flags?

Since you have no add on cards, I thought you really did not need GraphicsEnabler =Yes [or even No]
IGPEnabler=Yes is used for Integrated Graphics.
