Alternative to MacBook Air - HELP PLEASE YOU KIND PEOPLE :D

Hey all - I am looking to give my sister a present for xmas - ideally she would like a MBAir (wouldn't we all) lol - but I think this is mainly for the portability and OSX Mountain Lion support, so I am thinking of getting a budget netbook and putting the software on for her - my question is - can anyone give me any advice on a good netbook style system (portability) that will allow the OSX mountain lion installation. Spec wise she only needs to run office software and the web and itunes etc...

Any help would be great, thanks guys
