I am not sure as you don't list your sytem specs... nor do you list how you are doing the install method.

Also if you have windows installed I would suggest you use a program known as speccy

Print out a report or save it as a text file and then list the Audio CPU video and network properties that you have.

Well you may need to roll back your sound drivers - but to do that you need to know the codex or sound chip that is on the motherboard.

Once you know that you look in multibeast select the non DSDT or DSDT free section - select the codex and install that and the Apple HDA driver as well

Of course w more information we could narrow it down - what is your OSX version hardware you have video card etc.
You could also provide the Alienware model number of your computer.

Ok so thank you for the detailed listings of your system -

Most of this appears to be able to work, to a limited degree for OSX.

Now who do you know that has a REAL Macintosh computer so that you can make a USB Stick Drive using the program know as UniBeast. This would be the better way as OSX Mavericks or 10.9 is now Free to download.
What you need is a Real Mac - an Apple Store account and some time to make the USB drive with the program called UniBeast.

This would be the easiest method.

One item is that if you intend to keep Microsoft Windows 7 on the computer then you will need to get a seperate hard drive.

So what we need is another hard drive with a SATA interface. A used one will work. A Sata cable.

If you do not have a friend or relative that has a REAL Macintosh then you will need to have the RETAIL SNOW LEOPARD DVD from Apple. And the IBOOT IVY BRIDGE CD from the downloads section.

Advise us as to which way you can go on this process.
