I've just finished installing El Capitan on my computer, all seems to work fine except the audio.

Specs:
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD5-B3
CPU: Intel i7 2600K
Graphics: Sapphire Radeon HD6870

What I've tried;
audio_cloverALC-110_v1.0g
And when not successfull
audio_realtekALC-110_v1.0h

Both will give the same error.
Code:
EFI partition is mounted
System Integrity Protection status: enabled.
NOK to patch
Add config.plist/RtVariables/CsrActiveConfig=0x3 and restart

After reading the thread about El Capitan's new security measures, I've tried adding this inside config.plist (through Clover Configurator):
Code:
<key>RtVariables</key>
    <dict>
        <key>CsrActiveConfig</key>
        <string>0x3</string>
        <key>BooterConfig</key>
        <string>0x28</string>
    </dict>

Unfortunatelly this results in an what seems like kernel panic and instant reboot.

Is there any workaround on how to fix this issue?

Those settings are common in El Capitan, and required to install. It seems unlikely that they would cause an instant reboot, if applied correctly. Maybe you could roll back to your previous config.plist for now, and post the one you're trying to use just as a sanity check?

Removed Ev0reboot.kext
I'm using DSDT.aml and SSDT.aml, and from what I understood Ev0reboot wasn't needed with that.
After that I could change the SIP and was able to run the Clover ALC update.

Now everything seems to be working.

How about your usb3 ports?

Those aren't working. But I'm not to worried about that, all my USB2's are working and I'm not using any external hdd. Only mouse and keyboard are attached to it.
