ALC888 32/64-bit AppleHDA.kext (10.6.7)

i know this says ALC888 but duz trhat mean everything before ALC88 too ?? like ALC 268 ? and on top of this duz it mean that it will also work on 10.7.1 ?

sorry i havent had a chance to read through everything also when i had audio working it said in sys pro filer that the audio ID was 12 ?

No, this is for ALC888 only.

In Lion it will work too, but it's better to use patched version from 10.7.1:
