Problem is likely within the AppleHDA.kext itself (patched nodes, Platforms.xml.zlib, layout3.xml.zlib).

VoodooHDA 2.7.4 works, internal speaker and external mic.
Of course, not AppleHDA and VoodooHDA both one time, sad
